"It's not possible to distinguish between right and wrong, and make the right choices, if you cannot distinguish between what you know and don't know. That not only applies to human intelligence for making rational decisions, it also applies to artificial intelligence for reducing hallucinations and improving AI safety."
Acceledesk was founded by Ryan Kueter to deliver professional advice and services to organizations in the United States. Ryan brings a deep understanding of business operations and the full spectrum of technologies commonly used within modern IT departments.
Ryan holds degrees in Management Information Systems and Computer Science, in addition to vendor certifications in cloud computing, software development, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and hardware, and applied expertise in database management and artificial intelligence.
For more than 25 years, Ryan has worked in many different roles designing, architecting, building, fixing, programming, and upgrading complex information systems—both on-premises and in the cloud, primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem as well as Linux environments. His education and hands-on experience have fostered a deep understanding of many IT technologies, security, and industry leading practices, enabling him to provide excellent guidance on building, maintaining, and managing IT systems that are secure, reliable, maintainable, and scalable.
Over the decades, Ryan has also published many non-fiction essays that strive to understand and teach cognitive skills, or decision-making skills, such as how to use better judgment, how to solve problems, how to take more responsibility... His work is an attempt to pave the way to a more accurate and effective science of psychology, starting with a better model of human cognitive abilities and how to measure them. His work is currently developed enough to publish and promote it for wide distribution. And it will eventually be promoted in videos that try to explain the topics more clearly for young people, since they benefit the most as they apply it to their lives and develop better thinking habits. Stronger cognitive skills are necessary to adapt to a more challenging future. And we, as a civilization, are certainly not adapting very well - too many internal conflicts, the mental health epidemic, future declining population, and too many other problems.
